A Minute a Day – Nourish your Relationship

Begin making every day be like the first days you were in love.

One of the biggest complaints we hear is, “there’s no time to… go out on a date… have deep belly laughs together…sit down and talk together…”

But there is a lot you can do in just 6o seconds a day. In one minute you can:

  • Send a text to your partner – a “Remember when…” (think of a time you felt really close).
  • “I appreciate you when you….”
  • “I love how you…”
  • “When I first saw you I felt…”Both sending and receiving text messages can spike your oxytocin levels.
  • Give a 30 second long hug (and find out how your partner likes to be hugged).
  • Light some candles and put on your partner’s favourite music.
  • Take it in turns joining in some activity the other person enjoys.

Certificate of Excellence

We are thrilled to share that we have been ranked among the top three marriage counselors in Perth, WA.
